The T-41 and T-43 Lined Plug Valves feature a robust design with a thick, one-piece continuous PTFE lining that covers all wetted surfaces within the valve body. This design ensures that the valve body remains unwetted, making the standard material, Ductile Iron, an economical choice. For corrosive environments, optional stainless steel bodies are available. The plug is encapsulated with PFA, with the PFA covering extending up the stem through the top cap, providing a significant sealing surface that ensures drop-tight shut-off.
