    SMC ASP series low-speed surface aerators are engineered to maximize oxygen transfer efficiency while minimizing power consumption.

     

    Ideal for mid-low coamings, they are primarily utilized in water purification plants for biological wastewater treatment, lagooning systems, industrial processes, and liquid cooling.

     

    Mainly employed at water purification plants for the biological treatment of the wastewater and at lagoons, they can be both stationary and floating.

    Specification

    • Low speed surface aeration
    • The impeller’s geometry is designed to maximize oxygen transfer efficiency.
    • The impeller profile is crafted to prevent foreign bodies from sticking to it.
    • Adjusting the rotor’s immersion depth allows for varying oxygen transfer and mixing efficiencies
    • Equipped with a proper device formed by threaded bars and double regulation nuts.
    • POWER: 2,2 ÷ 75 kW
      SPEED: 140 ÷ 45 r.p.m.

    LOW SPEED

     

    ASP-F

    Due to the shape of its fans, the turbines produce a high water recirculation.

    Low-speed surface aerators – Floating Installation

     

    ASP-V

    The ASP-V aerators are of the up-flow low-speed type, with a semi-open style rotor, specially designed to pump large quantities of water with minimum power consumption.

    HIGH SPEED

     

    AGV 

    The AGV is a mechanical floating high-speed aerator which, through water pumping action, transfers the oxygen arising from water chipping and creates a spray of particles with a wider surface area. At the same time the oxygen-enriched water is spread and mixed.
