Automax Supernova Actuator (Metric ISO)

Flowserve Automax Supernova Series Rack and Pinion actuators are engineered for use with butterfly, plug, or ball valves. They provide a compact design for both double-acting and spring-return configurations. The actuators feature precision die-cast pistons with large cylinder bearings to enhance efficiency and extend cycle life.

The body is made from precision-extruded, hard anodized aluminum, while the pinion gear is either nitride-coated or nickel-plated and factory lubricated for a long, trouble-free service life.

These actuators are designed for 100 degrees of travel with adjustable clockwise and counterclockwise travel settings, available in sizes up to 200 and torque ranges from 8 Nm to 5,005 Nm.
