Crafted from solid materials, including Aluminium, Stainless Steel, and Hastelloy®, Slimline Pumps are ideal for handling viscous products like cosmetics and foodstuffs. Their crevice-free design and no internal welding make them the perfect choice for industries where hygiene is critical.

 

Available in multiple sizes and configurations, these pumps are designed to reduce downtime, improve sanitary levels, and transfer an extensive variety of materials with ease.

Specifications

  • Materials: 316 stainless steel, aluminium, Hastelloy®.
  • Design: Compact, self-draining, with a “One Nut Design” for quick maintenance.
  • Max Operating Temperature: 121ºC (250ºF) with high temp diaphragm (specify H as 6th digit in pump code).

Technical Data

  • Diaphragm Sizes: Range from 7″ mini through to 14″ with a variety of diaphragm materials.
  • Pressure Rating: Can defend against unsupported head – 7.2 bar.
  • Maintenance: Only one nut to access diaphragms with the pump in-line; only four nuts and bolts to access balls and seats (where fitted); only four bolts to maintain air valve with pump in-line.
