Over the course of the last number of years, Flexachem, in partnership with LMP, has successfully delivered a number of substantial PTFE-lined pipework projects. These projects have been supplied on time, meeting all specifications and covering a full range of sizes.

    Projects Included:

    • 6” heavy-duty pipework supplied for a biodiesel project in the Midlands.
    • Several major projects were delivered to key API customers of Flexachem in Cork and Dublin.

The main reason for the success of these projects can be attributed to a combination of factors:

    • Accuracy of supply: Ensuring all Bill of Quantities (BOQs) are precise and timely.
    • Strong lead times: Meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
    • Technical expertise: Working closely with contractors to support installations with accurate information and solutions.

    Key Elements of Success

    Technical Expertise & Flexibility

Flexachem and LMP’s technical understanding and adaptability have been vital to delivering value. All fittings are fabricated – not cast – allowing for the rapid manufacturing of special fittings without special pricing.

    Compliance with Industry Standards

LMP manufactures pipework and fittings in accordance with ASTM F1545-15a, supporting sizes up to 18” NB in both virgin and anti-static materials. For example, sizes ranging from ½” to 3” NB are vacuum-rated to 1 mbar A at 20°C, meeting ASTM compliance requirements.
