    Specifications

    • 1/2” through to 3”-4” vertical and horizontal design
    • Available in 316L, Hastelloy, AL6XN and other materials available
    • Body interior is polished to 20 Ra or better
    • Sanitary clamp ends; extended sanitary tube weld ends upon request
    • Innovative poppet design eliminates the use of a spring and guide
    • No cracks, crevices, or other localized depressions which could otherwise trap fluid
    • Sanitary clamp body/end connection
    • Applicable for liquid and low pressure steam service
    • Elastomer materials are FDA compliant, USP Class VI

    Design Features

    • Check valves use no internal springs nor guides.
    • Vertical and horizontal valves are split body design using sanitary clamp and USP Class VI gasket
    • All materials are FDA complant
    • Elastomers are USP Class VI compliant
    • Extended buttweld in 316L material has 0.005 to 0.017% sulfur control
    • Valve body includes marking designating direction of flow
    • Applications are liquid, low pressure steam
    • Report (MTRS) provided for wetted components
    • Surface finishes are achieved without the use of ADIs (Animal Derived Ingredients)
