    Neoceram’s ceramic pumps are crafted from a single monobloc of ceramic without any coatings. Advanced machining capabilities ensure top finishing quality, with Pharmalox® achieving a typical Ra of less than 0.3µm and Pharmazirc® less than 0.1µm.

     

    Pharmalox® and Pharmazirc® are Neoceram’s exclusive compounds, designed to deliver superior performance in sterile applications. Neoceram controls the entire manufacturing process, from the powder compounds to the finished products, ensuring full traceability of their dosage systems under ISO 9001 certification.

    Specifications

    • Made using our exclusive high grade ceramic oxide compounds Pharmalox® and Pharmazirc®.
    • This is extremely high density, non-cytotoxic materials having a low friction coefficient in conjunction with exceptional chemical and wear resistance.
    • Made from single monobloc pieces of ceramic, ensuring no metal contact with the product
    • Compact and solid, with hose connections recessed into the ceramic pump body for protection
    • Ideal for metal-sensitive products, offering improved cleanability and faster cooling
    • FDA and directive 80/500/EEC compliant.

    • No lubrication requirement as Neoceram’s ceramic pumps can run dry for prolonged periods without seizing.

    • Typical working life of of these pumps is between 5 and 10 years, with no maintenance and consistent dosing precision.
