High Level alarm
The GESTRA NRG is a high-level alarm level electrode designed for use in steam boiler plants and pressurized hot water installations. This device ensures the water level does not exceed a pre set maximum, providing reliable high-level detection and enhancing safety in industrial environments.
Works with the level switch NRS 1-51 to prevent water overflow by triggering an alarm when the water level exceeds the maximum limit.
This electrode is ideal for applications where maintaining safe water levels is critical, such as in steam boiler plants, pressurized hot water systems, and various industrial vessels.

Specification
- Function: It works in conjunction with the level switch NRS 1-51 to prevent the water level from exceeding the preset maximum level. When the water level exceeds this maximum, the electrode triggers an alarm
- Measuring Principle: The electrode operates on a conductive measuring principle, using the electrical conductivity of the water to signal the water level

Self-Monitoring: It has a self-monitoring function that ensures an alarm is triggered if the electrode insulation is contaminated, develops a leak, or if there is a malfunction in the electrical connection
- Installation: The electrode is installed inside steam boilers, vessels, or inlet lines of hot-water systems. It can be installed with one GESTRA water level limiting electrode in a single protection tube or an external level pot
- Length: The standard length of the electrode rod is 1500mm, but also available in 500mm and 1000mm.
