Technical Data

  • Heavy-Duty Shafts: Shafts are straightened to less than 0.003 inches total runout per foot of shaft length, ensuring longer seal life and quiet operation. They are designed to resist torsional loads and bending moments.
  • Motor Design: NEMA or IEC C-face motors housed in cast iron, featuring rugged worm-drive, helical gearing, and high-speed internal bearings. The motor bolts directly to the drive mechanism to reduce the risk of misalignment.
  • Couplings: Durable elastomeric motor-to-gear reducer couplings reduce mechanical shock and vibration and compensate for minor motor misalignments. Coupling guards are included for safety and easy maintenance.

Advantages

  • Versatility: Engineered for compatibility with various motor frames, impeller types, and sealing options, allowing for a wide range of applications.
  • Durability: Heavy-duty shafts and rugged motor design ensure long-term reliability and quiet operation.
  • Ease of Maintenance: The design allows for easy installation, operation, and service, with removable components for straightforward maintenance.
