ChannelStream Anti-Cavitation Control Valve Trim
ChannelStream trim is designed to prevent cavitation and minimize hydrodynamic noise, even in the most severe liquid applications.
This patented design not only eliminates cavitation damage but also ensures easy maintenance and long-lasting performance, even in the toughest conditions.
The ChannelStream cartridge, although similar in appearance to other designs with drilled holes and close-fitting cylinders, differs significantly in function.
The drilled holes in the ChannelStream cartridge act as expansion areas for the fluid, preventing fluid recovery adjacent to critical trim surfaces.

Technical Data
- The ChannelStream cartridge features drilled holes that serve as expansion areas for fluid entering from restrictive channels.
- Successive intersections of restrictive channels result in additional pressure losses.
- Expansion holes connected to the channels create a series of expansions and contractions, leading to a series of pressure drops.
Advantages
- Eliminates Cavitation
- Multiple Stages for High Pressure Drops
Applications
Suitable for severe liquid applications where cavitation and hydrodynamic noise are major concerns.
