    SCM Technologie offers various types of bubble diffusers designed for efficient aeration in water treatment processes.

     

    Bubble diffusers are used to introduce air into water, creating bubbles that help increase oxygen transfer and improve water quality.

     

    Ideal for wastewater treatment, where high oxygen transfer efficiency is required.

    Types

    Airex fine-bubble disc diffusers

    Available in 9” or 12” with different unit air capacity. Membrane material: EPDM or silicone for high temperature applications.

     

    SSD Strip diffusers

    Available between 1500 mm and 4000 mm with a PU membrane- Long lasting and easily replaced. Ultra-fine perforation with broad blown air flow rate range. Can be fitted directly to the bottom of the tank.

     

    TD fine-bubble tube diffusers

    Available between 580 mm and 1080 mm with an EPDM or Silicone membrane. These systems rely on stainless steel square pipe sections that both supply the diffusers and support the system. The number of pieces in a unit used and the size of each unit can be customised upon request.

     

    DGB Coarse-bubble diffusers

    Perfect solution for applications where the focus is on the mixing action rather than high oxygen transfer. Made entirely from stainless steel and have an open anti-blockage design, and corrosion-resistant materials. Like the tube diffusers, they can be arranged in pre-assembled, self-supporting units, which are easy to transport and install.
