Whether powders or granulates, pastes or liquids: you can store and transport any substance in a BOLZ INTEC drum – safely and in strict compliance with the GMP standard, for maximum hygienic demands. Every single drum meets the specific demands of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, fine chemicals and cosmetics industries.

All drums can be manufactured in single-unit or batch production. Bolz drums, lids, gaskets and clamp rings are also compatible with MÜLLER drums.

The great thing about Bolz drums is their modular system. You can put your desired drum together from our modular system.
The useable volume ranges from 0.5 to 400 litres. The materials, based on chromenickel steel, are rust-free, light-resistant, non-diffusing and have no effect on odour or taste. They are also 100% recyclable. The reusable lid comes with a clamping ring and insertable round cord seal that ensures airtight sealing. The sealant materials are silicon, EPDM, Viton and FEP coatings and are FDA approved. The bottom and lid are deep-drawn, the shell and bottom are butt-welded. The seams are milled flat as well as ground smooth inside and out. The standard wall thickness of the welded versions is 1.25 mm.

BOLZ INTEC offers stainless steel drums with lids providing maximum protection for your pastes, liquids or solid products in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food processing industries. All drums are produced in accordance with current GMP standards and are thus ideally suited for use in hygiene-sensitive segments. The drums are easy to clean and 100% recyclable.

Bolz also supply our open-head drums in a variety of handle versions.
The drum body is available with swedges or in a flat design. The open edging is standard.
Tightly welded border is optionally available.

Optional extras also include Bolz own trolleys for easy moving and transport.

Bolz drums also work perfectly with all Cora Valves.
