Specifications
Forged Valves:
- Model: CS-Series 8
- Size Range: 1/2″ through 4″, DIN 11850 DN 8 through DN 100, ISO 1127 DN 8 through DN 80
- Material: Forged 316 L stainless steel body and end fittings, wrought or forged 316L ball and stem
- Seats & Seals: White TFM® with FDA approved EPR O-Ring Energizer; stainless steel encapsulation on ID
- Body Seal: FDA approved EPR O-Rings with white TFM® backup seal
- Stem Packing: Live loaded white TFM® and STEFTM material
- End Fittings: Match tubing connections, orbital weld end fittings with controlled sulfur content
- Pressure Rating: Maximum working pressure to be 720 PSIG and full vacuum
- Optional: 300 Series stainless steel stem extension with locking lever for insulated lines
Cast Valves:
- Model: SI-Series 9
- Size Range: 1/2″ through 6″, DIN 11850 DN 8 through DN 150, ISO 1127 DN 8 through DN 100
- Material: Cast 316 L stainless steel with low controlled ferrite, Hastelloy C-276 or C22, or other
- Seats & Seals: White TFM® with FDA approved EPR O-Ring Energizer; stainless steel encapsulation on ID
- Body Seal: FDA approved EPR O-Rings with white TFM® backup seal
- Stem Packing: Live loaded white TFM® and STEFTM material
- End Fittings: Match tubing connections, orbital weld end fittings with controlled sulfur content

- Design: Three-piece swing-out valve design
- Surface Finish: Interior surfaces 20 RA or better with optional electropolish and finer mechanical finishes
- Mounting: Integral mounting pad for adaptation to ISO 5211 for direct mount automation
Cast Valves:
- Type: True Bore® ball valve with port through ball
- Design: Three-piece swing-out valve design
- Surface Finish: I.D. and O.D. surface finish same as specified for tubing
